I'm Keith, founder of THAIBK Digital, a former UK firefighter who transitioned into software architecture and full stack development. Although my career has changed dramatically, the principles haven't. Reliability, preparation, attention to detail and remaining calm under pressure are just as important when building business-critical software as they were responding to emergency incidents.

I don't see websites as marketing brochures. I build digital platforms that become part of a company's daily operation. Whether it's a customer portal, business management system, analytics dashboard, AI-powered application or complete digital ecosystem, every solution is engineered with the same care and attention as if I were building it for my own business.

I don't disappear for weeks before delivering a finished product. Development is collaborative. Even when working with businesses across different time zones, I adapt my working hours wherever possible so conversations happen naturally rather than through delayed emails and lengthy revision cycles.
